Document Verification Policy & Terms

The All India Council for Open Education (AICOE) provides document verification services strictly through its official online communication system.
All verification requests are processed only after:
* Submission of complete applicant details and supporting documents, and
* Successful payment of the prescribed verification fee.

The official fee for Email-Based Document Verification is ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) per request. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the verification process has been initiated.
Verification responses are issued solely through the official email communication of AICOE and are based on the records available with the organization at the time of verification.

AICOE reserves the absolute right to:
* accept or reject any verification request,
* seek additional documents or clarification,
* withhold verification in case of incomplete information, mismatch of records, suspected misuse, legal restrictions, or policy-related concerns.

The verification provided by AICOE is limited to confirmation of records maintained by the organization and shall not automatically imply equivalence, recognition, or endorsement by any Government Board, University, or statutory authority unless specifically notified by the competent authority.

AICOE shall not be held responsible for any misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorized alteration of the verification issued by the organization.
By submitting a verification request and payment, the applicant is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
