1.    Nature of the Organization

• AICOE is a non-formal, autonomous educational trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act and ISO U001:2015 certified.
  • It is not affiliated with any Government Board, University, or statutory body.
  • All programs are designed for self-learning, motivational development, and self-employment awareness only.

2.      Course Disclaimer

• Completion of any course under AICOE does not guarantee further admission, job placement, or government recognition.
  • All certifications are issued under the internal academic policy of the autonomous educational council.
  • Course names like “Foundation Course” or “Level 1” indicate internal designations and do not imply equivalence with government education levels.

3.      Admission & Fees

• Admissions are open year-round through authorized coordinators and centres.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstance.
  • Students must provide correct and complete information during registration.

Any discrepancy may lead to rejection of admission or cancellation of results.

4.      Study Material

• AICOE provides syllabi after admission. Students must procure books/ materials on their own.
  • The Council is not responsible for content quality or accuracy of external publishers.

5.      Examination & Certification

• Hall Tickets are issued by the Registered Office before examinations.
  • In case of loss, duplicate Hall Tickets may be issued against a non- refundable processing fee of ₹5000.
  • Successful candidates will receive Course Completion Certificates, Statement of Marks, and applicable supporting documents.
  • Certificates are issued under the autonomous academic framework only.

C. Use of Website

• All content on this website is protected by copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized copying, duplication, or use of website materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Centre Responsibility

• Admission data, examination records, and student documents are primarily maintained by respective authorized centres and coordinators.
  • AICOE is not legally liable for any administrative error or negligence committed by a Study Centre.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from student enrolment, documentation, or certification will be resolved internally by AICOE’s appointed arbitration committee.
  • Jurisdiction lies under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1940.

Direct court action will not be permissible.

9. Modification of Terms

AICOE reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the most recent version.
