Issue of Hall Ticket

Hall Tickets for examinations will be issued only by the Registered Office of the All India Council for Open Education (AICOE).

Students must ensure safe custody of their original Hall Ticket after it is issued.

Important Guidelines:

• Students must carry their original Hall Ticket and valid ID proof to the examination center.
• Failure to present the original Hall Ticket on the day of the examination may result in denial of entry.

Duplicate Hall Ticket Policy:

In exceptional cases, a duplicate Hall Ticket may be issued upon written request by the student. The following conditions will apply:

• The student must submit a formal application stating the reason for the request.

• The duplicate Hall Ticket will be issued only after verification and approval by the administrative office.

Note: The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any request for duplicate Hall Ticket at its sole discretion. No claim shall be entertained if the original Hall Ticket is lost or misplaced due to negligence.
