The All India Council for Open Education (AICOE) is committed to contributing to society through awareness-oriented and motivational educational initiatives. While operating as an autonomous, non-formal educational trust, we aim to:
- Promote awareness for the importance of primary education among children aged 7 to 14, with emphasis on learning in their mother tongue, especially in rural We believe that universal education at the foundational level is essential for national development.
- Encourage women’s education and empowerment, particularly for students from marginalized communities, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), war widows, and differently-abled individuals.
- Advocate for equal learning opportunities for underprivileged sections of society through academic awareness programs, training, and capacity-building workshops.
